Both OSHA standards and ANSI standards require a complete inspection after installation for initial certification as well as a comprehensive annual inspection of all components within a fall protection system by a qualified person. This yearly recertification maintains the integrity of the entire system and the safety of workers using the system. HySafe can certify, and recertify, your existing system whether it was installed by HySafe or someone else. Additionally, ANSI and many manufacturers recommend a 5-year engineering design review to evalute job site conditions that may have changed since the original installation, affecting the function of the fall protection system.
