To Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable for HySafe.

- Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accuracy of records in Accounting software
- Enter new vendor/customer information and update as necessary
- Enters Inventory records
- Record CAD/Labor job hours
- Process/Record credit card payments
- Job Cost reports
- Creation of Construction binders
- Generate Monthly sales reports
- Bank deposits
- Account Reconciliations
- Process Credit Applications
- Customer service – calls and emails
- Collaborate with all other departments
- Support the efforts of operations
- Maintain orderly files
- Other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific Needs: Ability to climb stairs; extensive computer usage; extensive phone usage; ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.; office machines usage.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m or 7:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of accounting experience.
- Accounts payable and receivable experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Accounting Software
Preferred Education and Experience
- Administrative experience.
